We visited the cemetary where many of the Titanic drowned were buried.

We spend a few days in Luenburg, NS on the south shore.

This city was a major fish processing center. Now mostly a tourist
town with this great museum and resturant and views!

A ship "Maidenhead" at the prow of a once great ship.

Lots to see and do at the waterfront!

The small near-by village of Blue Rocks, an artists haven.

Hilden, Nova Scotia a raft tour on the bore tide

Some of our group decided to brave a muddy river bore tide raft ride!

After suiting up and trudging down a steep path to the rive....

and waiting for the tide to cause the river to reverse flow and
become rough and tumble.

Free showers for all!

Sue says, "Cheryl, I don't think I could endure another hour of that!"
They all looked like drowned rats!!

PEI (Prince Edward Island)

We cross the nine mile Confederation Bridge to PEI from NB

No trip to PEI is complete without a visit to Green Gables!

We stop at the north shore Provincial park.

We stopped for a lobster dinner with all the guests at Fishermans
Warf not far from the campground.

Caraquet, New Brunswick

We visit an Acadeian village as it may have been in the
1800's much like Sturbridge, Mass. village.

Area of the village where buildings were brought from many areas.
You need to spend a half day to take it all in!

I was offered as much brown bread a I wanted by a nice farm couple.

Back at the campground, we prepared soup which was made by
each couple donating a can of soup and all poured together in this
pot, it was delicious!

Here we are, enjoying the soup and other donated fares!

As it was the wagonmasters birthday, and he commented at several
campfires that he liked our fire poker, Cheryl cleaned it up and painted
it gold and we presented it to him. He said it was so pretty he doesn't
want to get it dirty!
